Selling your home can be difficult if any evidence of insects or
rodents exists. Birds have been known to nest in chimney vents and
flues and can be quite noisy. Mice, rats, and squirrels spread disease,
destroy wires, insulation, and eat dry food storage. Termites can eat
through anything made of non-treated wood. Not only are they
repulsive, insects, rodents and other pests can cause serious damage to
your home, reducing its resale value. They carry disease and can cause
odor problems. Most of these pests are simply in search of food and
will enter homes through any hole they can find.
